NH Investment & Securities Restructures Board of Directors... Holds Extraordinary General Meeting Today
[Asia Economy Reporter Kum Bo-ryeong] NH Investment & Securities held an extraordinary general meeting of shareholders and reorganized its board of directors.
On the 9th, at the extraordinary general meeting held at its headquarters in Yeouido, Yeongdeungpo, Seoul, NH Investment & Securities announced the new appointments of lawyer Park Min-pyo and professor Hong Eun-joo as outside directors, and former NongHyup Bank vice president Seo Dae-seok as a non-executive director. Their terms will last until March 1, 2022.
Lawyer Park Min-pyo is a legal expert who previously served as chief prosecutor of the Seoul Eastern District Prosecutors' Office and head of the Violent Crimes Division at the Supreme Prosecutors' Office. Professor Hong Eun-joo, former CEO of iMBC, is currently a professor in the Department of Economics and Finance at Hanyang Cyber University. Former vice president Seo Dae-seok has experience as head of the Fund Management Department at NongHyup Central Association and vice president of the Fund Management Headquarters at NongHyup Bank.
