Breaking: "No Patent Infringement by LMS"... Will Take Legal Action
[Asia Economy Reporter Hyungsoo Park] Sangbo, a KOSDAQ-listed company, has denied the patent infringement lawsuit filed by LMS, stating that "there is no fact of patent infringement."
On the 9th, Sangbo stated that the composite sheet it manufactures is a product developed with its own technology and does not infringe on LMS's registered patents.
Earlier, on the 8th, LMS claimed that the composite sheet sold by Sangbo, a display optical film manufacturer, infringed its patent and filed a patent infringement lawsuit worth 100 million KRW at the Seoul Central District Court.
