KB Kookmin Bank Selected as No.1 in National Customer Satisfaction for Banks in 2020
First in Banking Sector to Achieve NCSI Bank Division No.1 for a Total of 14 Times
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced on the 7th that it was selected as the No. 1 bank in the banking sector in the 2020 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey conducted and announced by the Korea Productivity Center.
In addition, KB Kookmin Bank stated that it achieved the distinction of being ranked No. 1 in the banking sector a total of 14 times, the first in the banking industry.
The National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey is conducted jointly by the University of Michigan in the United States and the Korea Productivity Center with the aim of improving corporate quality competitiveness and enhancing the quality of life for the public. It uses the same measurement methodology as the American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI), gaining recognition for its representativeness and reliability.
