[Public Notice+] Midas AI Changes Payment Date for 10 Billion Won Capital Increase to the 16th
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Midas AI announced on the 3rd through a correction disclosure that the payment date for the third-party allotment paid-in capital increase, originally scheduled for the 4th, has been changed to the 16th.
This paid-in capital increase is worth 10 billion KRW, with the largest shareholder SA Corporation and Midas Partners participating. Of the raised funds, 5 billion KRW will be used to acquire securities of other companies and invested in new businesses, while the remaining 5 billion KRW will be used as operating funds.
Midas AI is currently preparing to sign a main contract for acquiring shares of Melrose Facility Management (MFM), which operates a marijuana business in the United States. Company officials are currently conducting on-site due diligence of MFM.

A company official stated, “Of the paid-in capital increase amount, 5 billion KRW has been escrowed as subscription deposits, and some funds have already been secured,” adding, “Since the largest shareholder is participating in the capital increase and has deposited the subscription funds, we expect the process to proceed without major issues.”
