According to the Gwangju Metropolitan Office of Education on the 3rd, a female student, A, who was taking the exam at Sangil Girls' High School, complained of abdominal pain and collapsed around 8:30 a.m., before the first period Korean language exam began.
She was immediately transported to a nearby hospital by the 119 emergency medical team.
The exam proctor took the Korean language test paper and accompanied A to the hospital so that she could take the exam there.
