On the same day, Rep. Ha wrote on his Facebook, "President Moon sided with Justice Minister Choo Mi-ae and swiftly appointed a successor to the Deputy Minister of Justice," expressing this view.
He added, "President Moon's forceful disciplinary action against Prosecutor General Yoon is a direct challenge to the Constitution and the rule of law," and said, "Our people clearly remember the fate of a president who challenges the Constitution."
He continued, "The court explicitly stated that Minister Choo's suspension of Prosecutor General Yoon's duties violated the due process principle stipulated in Article 12 of the Constitution. It also confirmed that it does not comply with the Prosecutors' Office Act, the Prosecutor Disciplinary Act, the Criminal Procedure Act, and the National Assembly Act," adding, "This clearly shows that the attempt to oust Prosecutor General Yoon violates the Constitution and laws."
He argued, "If President Moon respects such court decisions, he should immediately halt the disciplinary action against Prosecutor General Yoon and dismiss Minister Choo," and claimed, "Instead, President Moon has joined forces with Minister Choo to discipline Prosecutor General Yoon, which is a challenge to the Constitution and a declaration of war against the people."
