View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Lee Sang-min, the 4th newly appointed head of Korea Hydro & Nuclear Power's Saeul Nuclear Power Headquarters, has officially started his duties.
The Saeul Headquarters announced that Lee began his official duties on November 30 without an inauguration ceremony, considering circumstances such as the prevention of COVID-19 spread after his appointment on November 28.
After his appointment, Head Lee personally inspected the power plant and construction sites and spent informal time communicating with employees to encourage them.
Head Lee graduated from Chungnam National University with a degree in Mechanical Design Engineering and joined Korea Electric Power Corporation in 1990. He has held key positions such as Director of the 2nd Power Plant at Hanul Nuclear Power Headquarters, Director of Safety, and Director of Power Generation.
Lee Sang-min said, "Let us create a nuclear power headquarters that prioritizes safety based on fundamentals and principles, and a Saeul Headquarters that grows together with the local community and leads social values."
