[Asia Economy Reporter Cha Min-young] Shinsegae Group announced on the 1st that it has appointed Yoo Shin-yeol, Vice President of Shinsegae Sales Headquarters (age 57), as the CEO of Shinsegae DF.
The newly appointed CEO Yoo joined Shinsegae Department Store Division in 1989, working in sales and management. In 2012, he was appointed CEO of Gwangju Shinsegae. After serving as the store manager of Shinsegae Gangnam, he held key positions such as head of Shinsegae Strategy Headquarters and head of Sales Headquarters.
