Real Estate 114 and LH Sign MOU to Share Private and Public Housing Listings Information
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] On the 30th, Real Estate 114 announced that on the 26th, it signed a 'Mutual Provision Agreement for Property Listings to Provide Optimal Housing Information for Demanders' with Korea Land & Housing Corporation (LH) and the LH Gyeonggi Regional Headquarters.
This agreement was promoted to share the content mutually provided by Real Estate 114 and LH so that demanders can check public and private housing listings information at a glance.
The signing ceremony, attended by Lee Sung-yong, CEO of Real Estate 114, and Seo Chang-won, Head of LH Housing Welfare Headquarters, involved mutual sharing of Real Estate 114's property listing information and LH's public rental and sale information. This enables easier access to various housing supply information on the Real Estate 114 platform and the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport’s national housing welfare portal My Home, operated by LH. The service is scheduled to open in February next year.
Real Estate 114 and LH plan to continuously discuss not only mutual provision of property listings but also additional utilization of various housing data held by both companies. They will sequentially develop services to provide useful private and public housing data information to demanders.
