Gwangyang City’s 3 Companies Selected as ‘Jeollanam-do Excellent Job Providers’
Incentives Including 20 Million Won Employment Environment Improvement Funds Provided by Company

The ‘Excellent Job-Creating Companies’ selection, hosted by Jeollanam-do, is a project that discovers companies contributing to job creation and employment stability, providing funds for employee welfare improvement and employment environment enhancement, as well as various incentives necessary for company operations.
The evaluation criteria include job creation aspects such as the increase in the number of workers over the past year, the growth rate of young workers, and additional employment plans, as well as employment stability aspects such as employment retention rate over the past two years, the proportion of regular workers over the past year, employee welfare, and compliance with labor standards.
The excellent local companies selected this time?Joongang EMC, Ilseong Industry, and Kuroensis?all received high evaluations in terms of the increase in the number of workers over one year and the growth rate of young workers.
They will receive certificates along with 20 million KRW per company to support employee welfare improvement and employment environment enhancement funds.
Additionally, various incentives such as preferential loan limits for facility funds and operating funds necessary for business management, and priority support for Jeonnam youth retention incentives will be provided.
Moon Byung-joo, Director of the Investment and Job Creation Division, said, “Many companies in our city have greatly contributed to local job creation and regional economic revitalization to be selected as excellent companies,” and added, “We will actively promote so that more local companies can be selected.”
