Mid-sized Housing Companies to Supply 14,027 Units in December, Up 23% from Previous Month

[Asia Economy Reporter Je Moon-won] The Korea Housing Builders Association announced on the 30th that, based on a survey of its member companies' housing sales plans for next month, 17 companies are expected to supply a total of 14,027 housing units across 19 projects.
This represents a 23% (2,666 units) increase compared to the previous month (11,361 units). Compared to the previous year (5,744 units), it is a 144% (8,283 units) increase.
The supply volume consists of 8,044 units in the Seoul Metropolitan Area and 5,983 units in other regions. All units in the Seoul Metropolitan Area will be supplied in Gyeonggi-do, with no supply planned for Seoul next month.
Among the eight major cities, including Seoul, mid-sized housing companies have no supply plans in Busan, Daegu, Incheon, Daejeon, Ulsan, and Sejong, while 304 units are planned to be supplied in Gwangju.

Additionally, 1,779 units will be supplied in Chungcheongnam-do, 1,555 units in Gyeongsangbuk-do, 1,220 units in Jeollabuk-do, 918 units in Gangwon-do, 122 units in Chungcheongbuk-do, and 85 units in Jeju-do.
