Small Business Association "3rd Emergency Disaster Relief Fund Should Be Prioritized for Small Business Owners"
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Jong-hwa] The Korea Federation of Micro Enterprise (KFME) has expressed its position regarding the recently discussed third round of emergency disaster relief funds, stating that "disaster relief funds should be prioritized for micro enterprises facing the greatest difficulties due to the COVID-19 pandemic."
In a statement on the 30th, KFME appealed, "Among the second round of emergency disaster relief funds implemented since last October, the ‘Micro Enterprise New Hope Fund’ provided 1 million won for general micro enterprises and 2 million won for businesses affected by operational restrictions, supporting approximately 2.4 million micro enterprises. This has been a great help in alleviating the urgent difficulties faced by micro enterprises."
