UK Secures Additional 2 Million Doses of US Moderna Vaccine
[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-yoon] The UK government has secured an additional 2 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine candidate from the US pharmaceutical company Moderna, major foreign media reported on the 29th (local time).
As a result, the UK has secured a total of 7 million doses of the Moderna vaccine. This amount is sufficient to vaccinate 3.5 million people. Including this, the UK has secured a total of 357 million doses from seven developers.
