[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Eunpyeong-gu (Mayor Kim Mi-kyung) will hold the '3rd Eunpyeong Disabled Human Rights Film Festival' online from the 23rd to the 25th.
The film festival is organized by the Eunpyeong Disabled Human Rights Film Festival Promotion Committee (Chairman Kim Seon-yoon). Reflecting the current situation caused by COVID-19, the slogan is set as "What it means to be disabled in disaster situations! Our daily life is always social distancing," and films and videos featuring the voices of disabled people in disaster situations will be screened. (Including 'People Who Cannot Evacuate,' 'The Weight of Infectious Diseases,' and six award-winning videos from the Eunpyeong-gu Human Rights Contest)
The festival program includes ▲ Screening of 'People Who Cannot Evacuate' (70 minutes) at 4:20 PM on the 23rd ▲ Screening of 'The Weight of Infectious Diseases' (42 minutes) at 4:50 PM on the 24th followed by a talk concert with the audience (featuring actors) ▲ A discussion on the 25th at 2 PM themed 'Reconstructing Disaster Safety Measures for the Disabled.'
