The Gwangju Regional Meteorological Administration announced that morning temperatures will fall below 0℃ mainly inland due to the influx of cold air from the west on the previous day and additional surface cooling overnight.
The morning low temperatures will range from -2 to 7℃, and the daytime highs will be between 15 and 17℃.
This cold snap will peak on the morning of the 21st, then temperatures will temporarily rise slightly, but after the rain stops on Sunday the 22nd, it is forecasted to get cold again starting the following day.
On the 22nd, morning lows will be between 7 and 12℃, and daytime highs will range from 11 to 14℃.
