View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Park Dong-wook] Uljin-gun, Gyeongbuk, signed an agreement on the 17th at the county office with the Korea Baseball Softball Association (KBSA, hereinafter referred to as the Korea Baseball Association) to host the U-12 National Youth Baseball Tournament and the National Women's Baseball Tournament starting next year.
According to this agreement, Uljin-gun will hold baseball tournaments annually from July to early August for four years starting next year at nine sports venues including Jukbyeon Baseball Stadium and other sports parks. During the tournament period, about 7,000 people including players, parents, and officials will visit Uljin, which is expected to greatly contribute to revitalizing the local economy.
