According to the police and fire department on the 17th, at around 5:51 a.m. that day, a 124cc motorcycle collided with the tunnel wall on the road inside Anmin Tunnel in Cheonseon-dong, Seongsan-gu, Changwon-si, Gyeongnam.
They were riding from Seongsan-gu toward Jinhae-gu. The motorcycle, which hit the right wall, veered left and collapsed lifelessly.
As a result of the accident, two teenagers, the motorcycle driver A (17) and B (17), who was riding on the back seat and presumed to be friends, suffered head injuries and died on the spot.
When paramedics arrived at the scene, neither of them was wearing a helmet. Since the motorcycle had no license plate, the police are investigating the owner of the motorcycle.

The police are investigating the exact cause of the accident by analyzing closed-circuit television (CCTV) and questioning drivers inside the tunnel at the time.
