Busan Bank Provides Financial Support for Overseas Expansion Companies with KIND
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Min-young] BNK Busan Bank announced on the 16th that it has signed a business agreement with the Korea Overseas Infrastructure & Urban Development Corporation (KIND) for joint financial support of overseas infrastructure.
Through this agreement, Busan Bank and KIND agreed to mutually cooperate in supporting domestic companies wishing to enter overseas markets by sharing information related to overseas infrastructure and urban development projects, providing joint financial advisory and financial arrangement, and offering financial support for joint development projects.
Busan Bank is currently seeking to expand its business scope from domestic corporate finance (IB) focused on construction, real estate, and social overhead capital (SOC) to overseas infrastructure and urban development projects.
KIND supports domestic companies' overseas orders through project planning, feasibility study support, business development and investment, and financial structuring advisory.

A Busan Bank official stated, “We hope this agreement will serve as an opportunity for Busan Bank to actively expand its IB business area from the domestic market to overseas markets,” and added, “We will continue to cooperate with KIND to support domestic companies' entry into the overseas construction market.”
