Coway Ranks No.1 for 4 Consecutive Years in Water Purifier and Bidet Categories of 'Brand Customer Satisfaction'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Coway (CEO Lee Hae-sun) announced on the 16th that it was selected as the No. 1 brand in the water purifier and bidet categories for the fourth consecutive year in the '2020 6th Brand Customer Satisfaction Index (BCSI)' survey hosted by the Korea Marketing Association.
The Brand Customer Satisfaction Award is selected through face-to-face surveys that measure consumers' satisfaction with the brand, repurchase intention, quality satisfaction, and price satisfaction. This survey was conducted from July 6 to 24, with 1,419 consumers nationwide participating. Coway received high praise for significantly improving customer satisfaction by providing products and services that meet customer needs based on innovative technology.
In particular, Coway explained that the 'Coway Icon Water Purifier,' launched last October, has received a good response from the initial release by applying innovative cooling technology to drastically reduce the product size. It was recognized as a low-noise product and obtained the 'Quiet Mark,' an international certification mark from the UK Noise Abatement Society, and the option to choose between on-site management service and self-management service greatly increased customer satisfaction.
The 'Coway Stylecare Remote Bidet' also enhanced usability with a wireless remote control and offers customized cleansing courses optimized for body condition. The 'Visible Consultation Service,' introduced last May to improve customer service, also has high customer satisfaction. Since call center consultants can immediately check the product status through the mobile phone camera, simple problems can be guided for customers to solve on their own, minimizing customer inconvenience. Even when a visit is necessary, efficient measures are possible because the symptoms are accurately confirmed in advance.
