Seoul City to Promote Hiring of 500 People Through 'Women Job Online Fair'
Seoul Women's Capacity Development Institute, Employment Support Services Until Next Month 1
[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] The "2020 Seoul Women's Job Online Fair," jointly organized by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the Seoul Women's Competency Development Institute, and 23 women's workforce development organizations in the Seoul area, will be held until the 1st of next month.
About 400 small and medium-sized enterprises and mid-sized companies based in Seoul are participating, aiming to create over 500 women's jobs. The recruitment positions are diverse, including IT service management, advertising marketing, general office work, accounting, and general affairs.
By registering a resume on the fair's website, companies to which applicants apply will decide on document screening results and conduct video or face-to-face interviews, providing a one-stop employment support service.

On the fair's website, the "Job Talk Concert" offers special lectures by career expert Lee Eun-joo, CEO of the Growth Plan Institute, and Lee Seul, Deputy Director of Fine Service Academy, on the essential competencies women talents must have in the changing era. Additionally, various side events such as AI self-introduction letter analysis, advice from current employees on job duties, online counseling, and MBTI tests are prepared to assist female job seekers in employment.
