Hoban Construction and Hoban Industry announced on the 12th that 'Hoban Summit Grandmark' will be sold at the end of this month. The complex consists of five blocks: D1-1·2, D2-1, and D3-1·2. Among them, Hoban Construction is responsible for the construction of four blocks, and Hoban Industry is constructing the D3-1 block.
Hoban Summit Grandmark comprises five complexes with 32 buildings ranging from two basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, totaling 3,027 households. The units are composed of highly preferred sizes by consumers, including 59㎡, 74㎡, and 84㎡ (exclusive area). In particular, all units in D1-1 block (756 households) and D3-2 block (303 households) are 84㎡.
The biggest feature of the complex is its location near Asan Tangjeong Display City, where Samsung Display and others are located. Currently, the expansion from 1 City to 2 City is planned, and surrounding developments such as Tangjeong Techno General Industrial Complex are ongoing, boasting high proximity between residence and workplace.
In terms of transportation, Tangjeong Station on Seoul Metropolitan Subway Line 1 is scheduled to open nearby in April next year. At Cheonan Asan Station, just one stop away, KTX and Suseo High-Speed Railway (SRT) are accessible. With Isunsin-daero adjacent and the opening of the Asan-Cheonan Expressway, travel to downtown Cheonan and the metropolitan area is expected to become more convenient.
Regarding living infrastructure, the complex is adjacent to Tangjeong Mirae Elementary School, with a school site planned to the south. Prestigious schools such as Samsung High School, an autonomous private high school, and Chungnam Foreign Language High School are also nearby, providing excellent educational conditions. Additionally, large marts and department stores in the Cheonan Asan Station area commercial district are easily accessible, and nearby are Gokgyocheon Stream and sports parks.
Hoban Group plans to design Hoban Summit Grandmark as a pleasant complex maximizing the view. The complex layout will be mainly south-facing with a 4-bay design (except some units), offering various structures such as slab-type and tower-type, and providing flexible floor plans considering diverse consumer lifestyles. Furthermore, it will be developed as a car-free complex on the ground to ensure residents' safety, along with various community facilities such as a community plaza, fitness center, golf practice range, and guest house.
A sales official stated, "This is a branded large complex of 3,027 households supplied in the Tangjeong area, which is being developed as a new residential belt," adding, "The excellent educational environment and the development of Samsung Display City are well known to consumers, generating much interest and inquiries." Meanwhile, Asan City is a non-regulated area despite its proximity to the metropolitan area, allowing nationwide subscription. First-priority subscription is possible regardless of homeownership, household head status, or re-winning restrictions.
