The 'Small Night Stroll along Yangcheon' campaign will be held on the 11th by the three southwestern districts of Yangcheon-gu, Guro-gu, and Yeongdeungpo-gu.
To practice social distancing for COVID-19 prevention, participants will start at different times from Guro-gu (Dorimcheon Station at 5:00 PM), Yangcheon-gu (Omokgyo Station at 5:15 PM), and Yeongdeungpo-gu (Yangpyeong Station at 5:25 PM). Each district will have 30 participants divided into groups of 15 people per team.
They will walk approximately a 7.2 km course starting from Dorimcheon Station, Omokgyo Station, and Yangpyeong Station respectively, passing through Anyangcheon-ro, the Han River confluence area, and Seonyudo. Accompanied by an urban culture guide, the leisurely stroll is expected to take about 2 hours and 30 minutes.
Additionally, to prevent the spread of COVID-19, participants will have their temperature and respiratory symptoms checked before joining and will follow quarantine rules such as wearing masks while walking.
Residents who wish to participate can apply by adding 'Small Walking' as a friend on the Kakao Channel, and 30 participants per district will be recruited on a first-come, first-served basis.
