The contest, titled "Find the Shiny Star!", aims to discover hidden senior cultural artists in each region. For one month, online public voting will be held for twenty finalist groups. The scores from professional judges will be added to select outstanding groups, and the top group will receive the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Award. The cultural sharing event consists of online experiences and exhibitions. These include "Youth Yesterday!" which recalls childhood memories, "Youth Today!" which offers hands-on experiences at home, "Health Tomorrow!" which promotes maintaining health and enjoying a happy life at home, and "Youth More Today!" which seeks stories of second lives and senior artists.
