Expansion of Participants to Include Unemployed Men
[Asia Economy Reporter Yujin Cho] LG Household & Health Care (CEO Cha Seok-yong) is recruiting the 3rd class of the influencer development project "Natural Beauty Creator" for career-holding women and job seekers who dream of new challenges as beauty YouTubers.
They have returned with a curriculum optimized for the digital beauty market by opening online courses and introducing a strength coaching program.
LG Household & Health Care is recruiting 35 participants for the 3rd class of Natural Beauty Creator through the recruitment homepage from today until the 6th of next month. Natural Beauty Creator is a social contribution activity that nurtures beauty influencers who pursue healthy beauty and eco-friendly lifestyles, playing a role in delivering correct values to society as well as supporting individual economic activities.
This 3rd class will also recruit male participants so that men can challenge the female-centered beauty creator market. Priority will be given to women vulnerable to employment, such as those whose careers were interrupted due to marriage, childbirth, and childcare, as well as young job seekers, and some unemployed men will also be selected.
The operation process has been reorganized to suit the untact (non-face-to-face) era. The interview screening (second round) following the document screening (first round) will be conducted non-face-to-face via video call. The 10-week training will replace more than 70% of the entire curriculum with online classes to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Programs requiring face-to-face activities such as video shooting and editing training and workshops will be operated with limited participants according to social distancing guidelines.
For the 3rd class, a "strength diagnosis" program has also been introduced, enabling participants to create customized content. Through online self-diagnosis, talents that manifest first in individuals are analyzed, and expert coaching is provided to help achieve outstanding results by utilizing these talents. All educational courses of Natural Beauty Creator are operated in collaboration with the environmental foundation, an environmental NGO.
Currently, 15 YouTubers who graduated from Natural Beauty Creator have surpassed 1,000 subscribers, enabling them to generate advertising revenue, among whom some participants have exceeded 10,000 and 35,000 subscribers.
