The music video for TWICE's "I CAN'T STOP ME," which was released on October 26, reached 100 million views on YouTube at 5:09 a.m. on November 7.
With every promotional song's music video from TWICE's debut track "OOH-AHH" to "I CAN'T STOP ME" surpassing 100 million views, the group has set a record of "14 consecutive songs with over 100 million views."
Park Jinyoung, head of JYP Entertainment, and star songwriter Shim Eunji wrote the lyrics for this track, expressing the inner conflict and the struggle to control oneself at the crossroads between good and evil.
As of November 7, both "I CAN'T STOP ME" and the new album "Eyes wide open" ranked No. 1 on Billboard's "World Digital Song Sales" chart and No. 8 on the "World Albums" chart.
Notably, "I CAN'T STOP ME" also ranked 20th on the newly established "Billboard Global Excl. U.S." chart and 35th on the "Billboard Global 200" chart, both launched in September. These charts rank the most popular songs based on streaming and digital sales (downloads) from over 200 regions worldwide.
Additionally, on the global music platform Spotify's "Global Top 10 Debut" chart (for the period of October 30 to November 1, 2020), "I CAN'T STOP ME" drew attention by ranking 6th, following songs by world-renowned artists such as Ariana Grande and Sam Smith.

The album also topped the iTunes "Top Albums" chart in 32 countries worldwide. According to JYP Entertainment on October 28, this marks a new record for TWICE, as it is the album that reached No. 1 in the most countries simultaneously in the group's history.
