Kyochon F&B Records Subscription Competition Rate of 1318 to 1... Highest Ever on KOSPI
[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] Kyochon F&B, the number one chicken franchise in South Korea, recorded a subscription competition rate of approximately 1318.30 to 1 in its general public offering for listing on the KOSPI market.
According to the lead underwriter Mirae Asset Daewoo on the 4th, the deposit amount received for this public offering subscription was 9.4047 trillion KRW. Previously, Kyochon F&B set the public offering price at 12,300 KRW through a demand forecast targeting institutional investors. The listing is scheduled for the 12th.

Kyochon F&B is the first dining franchise to directly list on the KOSPI market. Until now, franchise companies have entered the stock market through reverse listings.
