Until December 16 for detached houses and multi-family homes
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Seon-gang] Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Im Taek) announced on the 4th that it will conduct the "2021 Individual Housing Price Assessment Housing Characteristics Survey" until the 16th of next month.
The survey targets 12,181 households including detached houses, multi-family houses, and residential-commercial complex houses within the district.
Ten surveyors, organized into pairs, will first verify any changes in various official documents in advance, then carry characteristic survey forms and drawings to conduct on-site investigations.
The main survey items include housing usage, structural changes, demolition, extensions, and land characteristics such as land division and merger, shape, orientation, and road frontage.
After completing this survey, Dong-gu plans to finish price assessment and verification by February next year, then collect opinions through price viewing by homeowners and stakeholders in March, and finally decide and announce individual housing prices on April 30 next year.
