In his inaugural speech, Commissioner Park said, "I feel a heavy responsibility in taking on the role of Commissioner of the KMA during these difficult times," and urged, "I hope the KMA will look beyond tomorrow's weather and foresee the future." He also said, "Please join us in realizing meteorological and climate welfare through meteorological and climate services for the public."
