Nexen Tire Introduces Free Warranty System for Tire Rental Service
[Asia Economy Reporter Suyeon Woo] Nexen Tire announced on the 2nd that it will renew its tire rental service 'Next Level Rental' by introducing a free warranty system.
'Next Level Rental' is a service that allows customers to rent tires at an affordable price and receive regular tire inspections and vehicle maintenance. It was first introduced in the domestic tire industry in 2015. Since its launch, it has received positive responses, surpassing 750,000 cumulative sales to date.
The newly renewed service is divided into Budget Care Rental and Peace of Mind Care Rental. A key feature is the introduction of a 'free warranty system' that covers free replacement for damages and early wear during driving.
Budget Care Rental allows replacement of tires damaged due to user negligence during the contract period, while Peace of Mind Care Rental offers free replacement not only for damages but also for early wear with the same contracted tire. The free early wear warranty is provided to customers who complete alignment service simultaneously with the initial installation. To commemorate this service renewal, Nexen Tire will hold an event throughout November waiving the entire registration fee for tire rentals. The 'free warranty system' is automatically registered without any separate subscription process. Additionally, as part of the 'Korea Sale Festa' promotion running for one month from this month, Nexen Tire plans to offer enhanced rental services, including waiving the rental fee for the 13th installment when selecting contract periods of 24, 36, or 48 months.
