This contest, held annually for Gyeongnam Province, cities and counties, institutions, and organizations, received a total of 49 excellent cases, and 9 teams that passed the document screening advanced to the finals. The awardees were decided through evaluations by the judging panel and audience evaluation group.

A Changwon City official emphasized, "Taking this grand prize as an opportunity, we will reorganize the existing 1,175 locations and discover additional Supermen to build a dense 'Changwon-type social safety net' without any blind spots, thereby overcoming the limitations of public policy."
