In particular, a cold wave advisory will be issued at 11 p.m. on the same day for the Gangwon mountain region, northern Chungbuk, and northern Gyeongbuk.
Morning low temperatures by region are △Seoul 4°C △Chuncheon 1°C △Gangneung 7°C △Daejeon 3°C △Cheongju 4°C △Daegu 5°C △Busan 10°C △Jeonju 5°C △Gwangju 7°C △Jeju 13°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 11°C.
Daytime high temperatures are expected to be △Seoul 16°C △Chuncheon 16°C △Gangneung 17°C △Daejeon 17°C △Cheongju 16°C △Daegu 18°C △Busan 20°C △Jeonju 16°C △Gwangju 17°C △Jeju 17°C △Ulleungdo and Dokdo 16°C.
Fine dust levels will be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions.
