Krafton Selects IPO Underwriters "Aiming for Public Offering Next Year"
[Asia Economy Reporter Buaeri] Krafton is pursuing an initial public offering (IPO).
On the 27th, Krafton announced that it has selected five securities firms as underwriters for the IPO. The lead underwriter is Mirae Asset Daewoo, and the joint underwriters are Credit Suisse Securities, Citigroup Global Markets Securities, J.P. Morgan Securities, and NH Investment & Securities.
Following the launch of the Kim Chang-han CEO system in June, Krafton reorganized its corporate structure in September by separating the development and non-development divisions. The parent company, Krafton, merged with its non-development organizations: PUBG Corporation, PUBG Labs Corporation, and PUBG Works Corporation.
The independent studio Bluehole Studio was established as a spin-off company and is responsible for developing RPG games such as "TERA," "ELYON," and new projects currently in development.
