Halla Decides on 18 Billion KRW Loan to Affiliates
[Asia Economy Reporter Geum Bo-ryeong] Hanla announced on the 27th that it has decided to lend 18 billion KRW to its affiliate Hanla GLS.
The loan amount is 6.89% of the consolidated equity as of last year. The purpose of the loan is a temporary loan related to investment.

Hanla stated, "We plan to sell Block C of the logistics complex, which was completed on the 29th of last month, to ADF KIP 6 Specialized Investment Private Real Estate Investment Company (hereinafter referred to as the 'Fund')," and added, "At the same time, we plan to reinvest part of the sale amount into the Fund up to a limit of 18 billion KRW."
