NH-Amundi Asset Management, Volunteer Work to Support Sister Village in Gapyeong
[Asia Economy Reporter Minji Lee] About 30 employees of NH-Amundi Asset Management participated in helping with farm work on the 23rd at a grape farming household located in the "Village Where the Scent of Grapes Flows" in Gapyeong-gun, Gyeonggi-do, the company announced on the 27th.
The "Village Where the Scent of Grapes Flows," where the volunteer work took place, has been a sister village to NH-Amundi Asset Management since 2016 through the "Creating Villages Together" campaign, a rural-urban cooperative movement led by the National Agricultural Cooperative Federation. Since then, the company has regularly visited the village to engage in various activities that provide practical benefits to farmers, such as helping with farm work, donating daily necessities, and purchasing agricultural products. They also participated in helping grape farming households in June of this year.
