KCSC Appoints Lawyer Hwang Seong-wook as New Standing Commissioner
[Asia Economy Reporter Koo Chae-eun] Lawyer Hwang Seong-wook has been appointed as a standing commissioner of the Korea Communications Standards Commission.
The Korea Communications Standards Commission announced on the 26th that Commissioner Hwang was elected as a standing commissioner of the 4th Korea Communications Standards Commission at the plenary meeting held on the same day. Commissioner Hwang's term will last until January 29, 2021.

Commissioner Hwang has served as an adjunct professor at Ewha Womans University Law School, a member of the KBS Viewers' Committee, a member of the Ministry of the Interior and Safety Policy Advisory Committee, and an advisor to the National Unification Advisory Council. Until recently, he worked as a lawyer at the law firm HS.
