Hampyeong-gun Conducts Mid-Year Personnel Changes... 35 New Appointments
[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Yoon Jamin] Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do, carried out a personnel reshuffle in October.
On the 26th, Hampyeong-gun announced that it had conducted a mid-year personnel reshuffle involving promotions, appointments, and transfers for 54 people.
This reshuffle resulted in one promotion to grade 5 and one approval for promotion to grade 5, with 15 people being transferred.
A total of 35 new public officials, including two fixed-term (time-selective) employees, were newly appointed.
The new public officials' appointment ceremony was held in the county office's large conference room, proceeding with the awarding of appointment letters, issuance of public official IDs, and the oath-taking by the new officials.
The ceremony was held simply with only senior officials, including County Governor Lee Sang-ik, attending due to the impact of COVID-19.
At the event, Governor Lee said in his remarks, "A public office, which can have a huge impact on the region and all residents, requires pride along with a high level of morality and responsibility," and added, "Please approach your public service career with the pride and determination to be responsible for Hampyeong's next 100 years."
