Naver Cloud Provides 'Chatbot' to Samsung Seoul Hospital
[Asia Economy Reporter Bu Aeri] Naver Cloud announced on the 26th that it has provided a cloud-based chatbot to Samsung Seoul Hospital.
The Samsung Seoul Hospital chatbot offers information on treatment consultations by body part, transportation and admission guidance, and document issuance.
The chatbot at Samsung Seoul Hospital is designed so that patients first select the body part currently being treated before asking questions, enabling faster and more accurate responses.
For example, when a patient undergoing stomach cancer treatment starts a chatbot consultation, they select the category "stomach" and then ask their questions, allowing them to receive much more appropriate and prompt answers compared to responses related to other treatment areas.
Videos containing hospital usage guidance and health management information can also be viewed through the chatbot.
