Graduate students and alumni of the Graduate School of Real Estate at Dong-Eui University donated 30 million KRW to the university development fund.

Together, 30 million KRW was donated as a university development fund at the 'graduation ceremony.'
Dong-Eui University (President Han Su-hwan) Graduate School of Real Estate (Dean Kang Jeong-gyu) held the first master's degree conferment ceremony on October 17th in the PRIME Seminar Room of the Natural Science Building.
On this day, a total of 27 people received a master's degree in real estate studies, and these graduates along with alumni from the student association donated 30 million KRW to the university development fund to commemorate the graduation ceremony.
The Graduate School of Real Estate student association executives, degree recipients, and five current students (Bae Kyung-hee, Woo Young-ok, Jo Hee-ja, Choi Haeng-ho, Kim Jeong-su) also participated.
Dong-Eui University plans to use the donated development fund for the Graduate School of Real Estate and university development.
The event was attended by President Han Su-hwan, External Vice President Lee Jong-geuk, Director of External Cooperation Lee Hong-bae, Dean of the Graduate School of Real Estate Kang Jeong-gyu, Bae Nam-bu, CEO of Daehai Engineering Co., Ltd. and president of the Graduate School of Real Estate student association, Kim Pyeong-gyu, Executive Director of Sewon Co., Ltd. and vice president of the student association, Jung Mi-young, CEO of Seokyoung Co., Ltd., Uh Hyeong-woo, CEO of Dabo Engineering Co., Ltd., Kim Jeong-su, CEO of Ilpum Oriwon, and Bae Kyung-hee, CEO of Daemyeong D&C Consulting.
Kang Jeong-gyu, Dean of the Graduate School of Real Estate (Head of Real Estate Finance and Asset Management Department), said, “I am grateful to the first master's graduates of the Graduate School of Real Estate who worked hard for the development of the school despite difficulties caused by COVID-19,” and added, “We will repay this with the development of the graduate school.”

Dong-Eui University Graduate School of Real Estate offers three majors in the master's degree program: Real Estate Investment, Real Estate Development and Construction, and Real Estate Asset Management (admission quota of 40 students), and separately operates a Real Estate Investment and Financial Technology course (1 year, 2 semesters).
