Hosted by the Korea Swimming Federation, this competition will feature about 530 middle school division athletes only. Although social distancing has been adjusted to Level 1, Gimcheon City has restricted the participation of elementary school division athletes to prevent cluster infections.
Entry to the venue is allowed only to those holding QR codes assigned to essential personnel such as athletes, coaches, and referees. The density is also minimized to around 50 people per race during the competition.
