80-Year-Old Woman Dies After Receiving Flu Vaccine in Seongnam, Gyeonggi-do

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Gwan-ju] A report has been received of a death following an influenza vaccination in Seongnam, Gyeonggi Province.
According to Seongnam City on the 22nd, A (80, female), who received an influenza vaccine at a clinic in Sujeong-gu at around 11:40 a.m. on the 19th, collapsed on the way home. A was transported to Seongnam Medical Center by the 119 rescue team but passed away at approximately 12:41 p.m. the same day.
The vaccine administered to A was identified as Teratect Prefilled Syringe. It was confirmed that 100 people received the same vaccine on the same day as A.
