Angel Investment Association Hosts IR Demo Day 'TIPS Meetup'
Online Demo Day for TIPS Startup Teams in AI and Big Data Fields
[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] The Korea Angel Investment Association (Chairman Ko Young-ha) announced that it will hold the 'TIPS Meetup,' an investor relations (IR) demo day event, on the 22nd to provide private investment opportunities for TIPS startup teams.
About 100 participants, including five TIPS startup teams in the AI and big data sectors, venture capitalists (VCs), accelerators (ACs), and related investment institution officials, will attend the event via online live streaming.
The AI and big data TIPS startup teams participating in the IR demo day are a total of five companies: Mobiltech (CEO Kim Jae-seung), Brandnewtech (CEO Park Seung-bae), Papaya (CEO Jeon Young-jun), Wizschool (CEO Yang Young-mo), and Tankerfund (CEO Lim Hyun-seo).

The TIPS Meetup will be held monthly from June to November at the Korea Angel Investment Association's Seoul TIPS Town to promote investment attraction for startups in the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the materials, parts, and equipment (SoBuJang) sectors.
