KOTRA Successfully Concludes 'Russia Online B2B Consultation'
[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] KOTRA announced on the 22nd that it held the 'Russia Online Business-to-Business (B2B) Consultation' for three days starting from the 19th. A total of 35 Korean companies and 40 Russian companies participated, conducting 50 technical cooperation consultations.
The 'Russia Online B2B Consultation' was held in conjunction with the Open Innovation Forum. KOTRA prepared this consultation in cooperation with support organizations of the 'Korea-Russia Innovation Platform,' including the Northern Economic Cooperation Committee, Korea-Russia Innovation Center, Small and Medium Business Technology Information Promotion Agency, Inno-Biz Association, and Korea Startup Promotion Agency.
Additionally, KOTRA organized an 'Online Korea Pavilion' to promote Korean companies. Thirty Korean companies wishing to enter the Russian market and pursue technical cooperation were promoted through a non-face-to-face method.
Company B, which produces pharmaceuticals, discussed joint pharmaceutical and bio research with a major Russian pharmaceutical company. Agricultural equipment company J negotiated Korean-style smart farm technology cooperation with Russian agricultural technology buyers. This consultation is expected to deepen technical cooperation between companies of both countries.
