CJ Group stated, "Over 40,000 fans have visited Jeju Island, resulting in a positive effect on the local economy," and explained, "When gallery admission is possible in 2021, taking advantage of the geographic benefit of being just a one-hour drive from Seoul, more galleries will be able to visit the tournament venue in person." They added, "We will do our best to promote Korea to the world once again from the metropolitan area and to elevate the tournament's status."
