[Weather] Cloudy and Chilly Friday Morning... Rain in Some Areas from Night
On Friday the 16th, the sky will be mostly cloudy nationwide, with rain expected in some areas starting from the night. According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the morning low temperatures will range from 5 to 14 degrees Celsius, and the daytime highs will be between 16 and 21 degrees Celsius.
In Seoul, Gyeonggi, inland Chungcheong, Yeongseo region of Gangwon, and the southern coast, scattered raindrops may fall from late afternoon. Northern Gyeonggi and northern Yeongseo of Gangwon may experience rain briefly at night, and Jeju Island is expected to receive around 5mm of rain from morning through the night.

Fine dust levels will be between 'Good' and 'Moderate' across all regions. The sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the South Sea coastal waters. The wave heights in the open seas are forecasted to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East Sea, 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the West Sea, and 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the South Sea.
