View original image[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Woo-kwon] On the 13th, the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences at Gyeongsang National University and the Korea Agricultural Field Professors Association announced that they signed a mutual agreement in the dean's office of the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences to promote regional agricultural development and nurture agricultural industry manpower.
The signing ceremony was attended by Kim Cheol-hwan, dean of the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences, Yoo Jae-ha, president of the Korea Agricultural Field Professors Association, Vice President Bang Ho-jung, Hope Farmer President Kwon Soo-yeol, Vice President Yeom Yong-ok, and about 10 other related personnel.
Through this agreement, the university and the association plan to develop various programs for the advancement of the regional agricultural industry and foster specialized manpower in the agricultural industry, as well as promote various projects for community development.
In the agreement, the university and the association agreed to enhance mutual exchange and cooperation by ▲ conducting field tours and practical training to gain hands-on experience in the agricultural industry ▲ organizing and operating an agricultural field advisory group ▲ developing and operating mentoring programs between agricultural experts and prospective farmers ▲ jointly utilizing related personnel exchanges, research, educational equipment, and facilities ▲ cooperating on all matters necessary for agricultural development and agricultural manpower cultivation.
Kim Cheol-hwan, dean of the College of Agricultural and Life Sciences at Gyeongsang National University, explained, "Gyeongsang National University is striving to become a focal point for forming a regional agricultural industry network and to ensure practical cooperation with various agricultural-related institutions including government, academia, and research."
