Issuance of 3 Types of Documents Including Corporate Seal Certificates and Real Estate Registry Copies at 'Court-Exclusive Unmanned Civil Service Kiosk' on 2nd Floor of Jungnang-gu Office Real Estate Information Division... Installation of 'Real Estate Registry-Only Unmanned Civil Service Kiosk' at Jungnang Vehicle Registration and Sharing Center
[Asia Economy Reporter Jong-il Park] Jungnang-gu (Mayor Ryu Kyung-gi) is gaining attention for operating various unmanned civil service kiosks to enhance convenience for residents.
Starting from the 8th, the district office will operate a ‘Court-Exclusive Unmanned Civil Service Issuance Machine’ on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays, at the Civil Service Office within the Real Estate Information Division on the 2nd floor of the district office.
The new operation of the ‘Court-Exclusive Unmanned Civil Service Issuance Machine,’ conducted through seven months of business consultations with the Supreme Court’s Court Administration Office, was implemented to resolve inconveniences caused to residents by the relocation of the Seoul Northern Registry Office from Myeonmok 4-dong in 2019.
Accordingly, residents can now obtain three types of documents?corporate seal certificates, corporate registration certificates, and real estate registration certificates?at the ‘Court-Exclusive Unmanned Civil Service Issuance Machine’ set up at the district office without having to visit registry offices in other areas.
Additionally, a ‘Real Estate Registration Certificate-Exclusive Unmanned Civil Service Issuance Machine’ has been installed at the Jungnang Vehicle Registration and Sharing Center located in Myeonmok-dong, enabling residents to receive court documents at two locations within the district.
In particular, since the Jungnang Vehicle Registration and Sharing Center is located at the site of the former Seoul Northern Registry Office in Myeonmok 4-dong, it is expected to be of great help to residents who previously used the registry office.
The ‘Real Estate Registration Certificate-Exclusive Unmanned Civil Service Issuance Machine’ issues only one type of document, the real estate registration certificate, and operates on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., excluding weekends and public holidays.
The district has installed unmanned civil service issuance machines at 17 locations within the area, including Seoul Medical Center, Jungnang Police Station, and Mangwoo Station, receiving great responses from residents.
