Online Training for Apartment Residents' Representative Meetings in Gwanak-gu
Online Application from the 20th of the Previous Month to the 10th of the Education Month, Conducted Over 3 Months from October to December
[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] Gwanak-gu (Mayor Park Junhee) is conducting the 2020 Residents' Representative Meeting education online in line with the Untact era trend, as group education has become difficult due to the spread of COVID-19.
The education will be conducted online with high-quality content until December 31 through a consignment contract with LH Central Apartment Management Support Center, a professional education institution.
To ensure transparent and fair operation of apartment complexes, members of the Residents' Representative Meeting of apartments subject to mandatory management must receive 4 hours of education annually according to the Apartment Management Act.
The education includes overall matters related to apartment management such as operation of the Residents' Representative Meeting, selection of contractors for construction and services, and community revitalization, and is available not only to members of the Residents' Representative Meeting but also to general residents.
Applications for online education can be made on the LH Apartment Management Education Cyber Training Center website from the 20th of the month prior to the desired month of attendance until the 10th of the education month, and the education cost is fully supported by the district.
With the district supporting free education, educational opportunities will be broadened, and it is expected to greatly help enhance professionalism and transparency in management operations by strengthening support for apartment management information, including the ability to review courses after completing online education.
Furthermore, the district plans to actively support online education for members of the Residents' Representative Meeting again in 2021.
