According to Gwangju Metropolitan City on the 5th, after three people tested positive for COVID-19 on the 29th of last month, the day before the holiday, only one overseas entrant tested positive on the 3rd.
The number of local infection cases has remained at zero for five consecutive days.
A total of 496 people in the Gwangju area have tested positive, with 11 currently undergoing isolation treatment.
Approximately 151,390 people have been tested for COVID-19, with 150,732 testing negative and 162 awaiting test results.
