YG Entertainment posted a D-1 poster for BLACKPINK's first full-length album "THE ALBUM" on its official blog at 9 a.m. on the 1st, announcing an unprecedented comeback.
The teaser released on the YouTube channel that day recorded over 10 million views in less than a day.
Notably, members Jisoo and Jennie participated in writing and composing the title track. It is also reported that top-tier rapper Cardi B featured and a world-class producer team participated.
This album is especially meaningful as it is BLACKPINK's first full-length album in four years since their debut.
