Yeongam-Suncheon Expressway Boseong Green Tea Rest Area (Yeongam Direction) "Only Takeout Sales During Chuseok Holiday"
From September 29 to October 4, indoor dining is prohibited at rest area stores on nationwide expressways
[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Young-wook] The Boseong Green Tea Rest Area on the Yeongam-bound side of the Yeongam-Suncheon Expressway, managed by Korea Expressway Corporation, announced that it has developed various menus related to the 'takeout' food sales that started on the 29th.
The Expressway Rest Area Facilities Association decided to completely ban indoor dining during the Chuseok holiday period (September 29 to October 4) in accordance with the government's strengthened quarantine measures due to the novel coronavirus infection (COVID-19), allowing only takeout sales.
Accordingly, the Boseong Green Tea Rest Area on the Yeongam-bound side prepared convenient meals such as cup rice, lunch boxes, and hamburgers in addition to existing menus like pork cutlet, cockle bibimbap, and spicy pork rice bowl. Existing popular rest area snacks such as walnut cookies, hot dogs, hot bars, and whole potatoes are also expected to be very popular.
